I attended Atlanta Inovative Medicine at the end of 2024-2025 of March for issues with my neck and lower back. I'm able to have more of a "normal" life now. I can actually do about an hour straight of household chores, my hair, and other needed tasks without pain. I have also been able to slowly start a weekly exercise routine. I need to pause to thank the medical care team and staff because they are just awesome kind people. They all helped greatly improve my health. My healing journey isn't over, so to maintain my recovery, I was also given at home stretches and exercises to incorporate throughout the week. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to Atlanta Inovative Medicine.

This is by far the kindest and most caring team I’ve ever encountered. They are genuinely attentive and make you feel truly supported throughout your treatment. I drove a little over an hour, three times a week, because the care was truly worth it. This was my second time receiving care here, and I will continue to return because the results have been incredible. The first time, I came in with severe lower back pain from a car accident, my spine had even shifted slightly due to the intensity of the pain. Within just a few weeks, they completely healed my back and corrected the deviation. I’m beyond grateful for their expertise and compassion.

I’ve been going to Atlanta Inovative Medicine for over a year now and to say they have helped me to live a healthier and happier life is an understatement. As someone with an autoimmune disease, the IV Ozone treatment has made a huge difference in my symptoms and pain. I didn’t even realize how much of a difference it had made until I missed making an appointment and had a huge flare up of symptoms that then required months of steroids to get the inflammation back under control. They are so nice, so helpful, and work really hard to get you in and out for your treatments in a timely maner. Nurse Practitioner Jessica in particular is an angel who is so incredible at what she does. Anyone who ends up under her care is lucky! You can tell everyone who works there is truly happy to be there, helping people get healthy, to feel and look their best! I love this place!

I went to Atlanta Inovative Medicine for shoulder pain that was ongoing for about 6 months. In 11 treatments over 2 months, my shoulder is very much improved and I am ecstatic with my results! Molly at reception is super kind and helpful, Jessica who did my injections was very thorough and has great bedside maner, and PT was always a good time with Chris and Arsenio! Couldn’t be happier with the time and money spent here!

I’m so happy with my treatment at Atlanta Inovative Medicine. My husband and I travel from another state to receive treatment and we are extremely happy. The staff is very professional and informative. They all go above and beyond with patient care. Jessica was the nurse assigned to us for our treatment and we are so thankful for her care and professionalism. At each appointment we felt understood, safe, and better. I went in to see Dr. Mercante for neck pain after several visits they had me feeling a lot better. Everyone in the office is extremely professional and friendly and their inovative procedures are state of the art. I would highly recommend giving them a visit, whether it be for an injury, or just for regular maintenance. I will continue treating with them in the future if the need ever arises.

I canot say enough amazing things about this place. I discovered them in 2023 due to significant R knee pain I was having for a few months. I sat down with CM/ Lisa and was immediately on board with the plan she had in mind for my problem. Her understanding of my condition, clinical expertise and supportive nature was exactly what I needed at that time, making it that much easier to commit to a treatment that was very foreign to me. I received prolozone therapy and within weeks, the aching pain that caused so much worry and panic became a memory. Almost a year and half later, I’ve had no issue with that knee. I’m back again… this time due to agitation of my sacroiliac joint, pelvis and spinal misalignment. This time around, I was immediately greeted by the two Angels in the reception area, with their warm smiles. Then I met with CM/Lisa , who walked me through the various options at my disposal based on my X-rays and helped me to choose the most appropriate treatment for my concerns- she is the best! I come in 3x week for injections for pain provided by NP extraordinaire, Jessica who answers all my questions to my satisfaction and keeps me focused on my treatment and abreast of my progress. I’ve had this pain intermittently for 20 years and after about 5 weeks, my pain level has decreased from a 7/8 to a 1/2. Next, I visit with the one and only, Dr Mercante to receive spine and pelvis realignment. He reminds me to maintain adequate water intake and overall self care. The realignment techniques are working so incredibly well. Not only has my back and hip pain improved dramatically, but I am sleeping like a baby. No more popping melatonin like candy 😂... I also appreciate PT/ Chris and Arsenio, for getting me started with daily physical therapy exercises to do at home. They work very well. I am so appreciative of this clinic, it’s brilliant providers and highly effective methods to pain relief. I could go on but I’m sure there is a character limit so I will just say the following. Search no further if you’re looking to resolve your pain issues, acquire a lot of knowledge about your body and be in the presence of people who really do care about you. Thank you AIM !

I am extremely impressed with Atlanta Inovative Medicine. I had a workout injury in my upper back that was uncomfortable, limiting, and chronic. My goal was to get it fixed without having to be forever dependent upon treatment. I took a shot and scheduled a consultation with the AIM team. My first thought was that I had damaged a ligament or tendon and would need PRP treatment. I had X-rays done on the area to determine if there was any signs of structural damage that would require a MRI. The results showed no damage but some bone spurs that may have been causing my back muscles to over work. They recommended prolozone, which I hadn’t heard of before, over PRP. This was a less expensive treatment and I appreciated the fact that they were more concerned about results and not upselling me on something I didn’t need. I was scheduled for 5 rounds and each round was two injections. 1 injection was the prolo, which promoted healing, structural reinforcement, and had some numbing elements. The other was ozone which stimulates blood flow to areas that typically don’t have high volumes of blood flow. I met with Jessica for all 5 visits and they all went super well! Jessica was great at explaining what to expect and when to make comments. The shots felt like a lot of pressure. I’ll admit the first time I didn’t know what to expect and the pressure shocked my system. I got a little light headed but everything was fine and Jessica managed it extremely smoothly. After I understood the process the other 4 rounds went flawlessly and I was able to handle the full injection amount by the 3 round. My shoulder feels so much better and I already am seeing a difference in its endurance. I would recommend at least getting a consultation if you have any kind of chronic or nagging pains. I’d be hard pressed to find they didn’t have some recommendation.

My Doctor Jessica she is amazing I went with a horrible lower back pain and her treatment just helped me heal thanks so much.I have nooo pain. This place is great! Starting with Jordan and Aimee at the front desk, they are always so nice and helpful with the appointment scheduling. Tara, the case manager, was very good explaining about the treatment. Jessica is very sweet, knowledgeable and her injections were painless. Arsenio and Chris do an amazing job with the physical therapy and are very fun guys. I highly recommend Atlanta inovative Medicine!

I was having severe, nagging shoulder & elbow pain for two months. Jessica did a steroid injection and a week later the pain is pretty much all gone! She’s very knowledgeable and her technique is painless (we didn’t even use cold spray to numb it!). The staff here is great and they all truly care about the patient’s wellbeing.

Visited the Atlanta Inovative Medicine for a nagging one sided tightness of the back that started to become debilitating. I came into the office with a pain number at around 8. I can say today that my pain is essentially a 0! The staff were professional, and genuinely caring. I felt welcomed every time I stepped through the door - thanks to Jordan and the case manager (Lisa?). The doctors (Dr. Jessica and Dr. Mercanti) took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and explain the treatment options available. Their approach was holistic as they met each morning as a team to go over each client's treatment for the day, combining physical therapy, exercise prescription, and expert advice for prevention. Thanks to Arsenio and Chris for working with me through physical therapy. Although my weekly treatments took longer than expected, I can definitively say that my pain has been relieved from a 8 to essentially a 0, and I'm thoroughly grateful for that! I'm sure as I continue my at-home therapy, strength training and perhaps even a visit to a masseuse in the coming weeks, my pain will be completely gone for good. If I had to provide any feedback to the team is for the clinic to follow-up on how well at-home therapies are going at each appointment, if applicable. Overall, a great experience with Atlanta Inovative Medicine. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone needing sports medicine care.

My experience has been great!! I was able to be treated for an on and off again pain in my hip that has lasted for about 6 years. All of the employees are extremely dedicated and knowledgeable, they answer all of my questions and each visit they know exactly what to work on. Exceptional experience, I appreciate that they took great care of me and now I am no longer in pain and able to move, sit, and sleep more comfortably.

I had an excellent experience getting the p-shot treatment with Jessica. I have Peyronie’s disease and went in for the injection with hopes to improve the health of the tissue. I’ve seen really good results from the injection and have gained a lot of confidence. Jessica is great and makes you feel really comfortable throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend to anyone considering the procedure.

The entire staff was friendly, professional and extremely competent. The PT staff Tiffany and Lisa demonstrated high degree of compassion and patience with all their clients. They were attentive to all my needs and ensured I was comfortable during each session. My experiences included doctor and chiropractor most sessions. They always approached my care based on my current physical needs. The professionalism is to be commended and that includes the billing staff and front desk who were equally nice and respectful. Finally, the facility was extremely clean and great care was taken to carefully disinfect areas after each patient. I highly recommend this facility.

First off let me say that the staff are very welcoming and friendly. They’re system to get the patients in and out with very little wait time is flawless in my opinion. The chiropractors have a pleasant bedside manor, which, in my experience, it’s not the norm for doctors when dealing with so many patients. I went to Atlanta inovated medicine for pain in my knee. During the first appointment, they took x-rays, exam in my knee, and told me that the team would meet to review my X-rays, come up with a treatment plan for me and would review the plan with me on my next visit. Wow! I had a whole team working TOGETHER on my busted leg. That’s when I knew I had chosen the right practice for my leg pain. If your looking for the best care for body pain. I would definitely recommend giving Atlanta Inovative Medicine a try. You won’t regret it

Greatly appreciate Total HealthCare and their great service. I came because I’ve had a constant pain in my left ankle to the point where walking became difficult. I really felt a difference from day one. The inflammation went down a good amount after the first week. The injections, pt and chiropractic adjustments have worked great. I have to go back for more injections because the pain hasn’t fully gone, which is understandable because it’s an Injury of 30+ years. The pain has diminished immensely compared to when I first started. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The services they have provided my wife and I have been exceptional. After a minor car accident, our lawyer referred us to Total Health Care and I’ve been incredibly satisfied with my treatment there. After an initial assessment I was given a very personalized program. Every time I came, I was greeted at the front desk by a friendly smile and was seen by a doctor for chiropractic adjustment and then received stem treatment and the occasional deep tissue massage which helped tremendously. Conversation was always light and friendly and I always felt cared about and welcomed during each visit. My back and shoulder injuries have been almost completely resolved and I am going back into training feeling more relaxed and in control. I highly recommend this practice for treatment.

I found out about Total Health Care through my Mom. I started my treatments about mid August in which I had severe pain in my knee as well as my lower hip. The pain was sharp and presented after exercising. At times the pain was so unbearable that all I could do is lay down. Slowly but surely the pain decrease ,I am able to do must than before as the pain restricted me from many activities. I’ve been a patient for 2 months now and they have done an outstanding job that other doctor offices haven’t provided me. I’ve gone to 3 doctors none addressed the root of my problem. Now, very little to never no pain and still Total Health Care is committed into me completely recovering. The environment is very welcoming and everyone there is very friendly and open. I was about to conect with physical therapists, chiropractor helped me on a holistic level rather than medication and surgery. I am very happy i chose Total health care. I recommend it to anyone as the environment is positive ,clean and friendly.
